I am a seasoned Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Risk Management executive. For the past 15 years, I have held the senior HR role in my organization. I hold a BA, MBA, and DBA. I have over 20 certifications in the field.
I have led HR departments as large as 50 and I have assisted start-up companies as the only HR professional.
I am a CA HR expert. I have experience in all 50 states and in 13 countries. I have held two ex-pat assignments. I am familiar with the following industries: transportation, warehouse, manufacturing, government (all-levels), distribution, SaaS, Fintech, healthcare, technology, and social sciences.
