A soft skill and customer service trainer, his areas of competence are in HR Project and operational excellence, recruitment, and selection as well as performance management with significant experience in driving shared services process improvement and standardization of processes within a global business service. He is skilled in lean Six Sigma principles and application to continuous improvement of Human Resource processes and talent acquisition for service delivery. He has a strong passion for identifying and implementing HR initiatives to improve people and culture. I have successfully implemented process improvement with the payroll process in Amazon which led to pay defect reduction from an average of 11% to 2.4% within 4 months.
