After working strictly in the field of Human Resources for over 10 years, I found myself consistently being requested to work on specialized projects where I would improve and implement new processes or design and develop communication materials. In those projects, I found joy and fulfillment, but the positions that I held did not provide me with the opportunity to pursue those passions full time.
In the spring of 2022, I decided to take a break from HR due to the current labor market in my area which was applying an increased focus on recruitment and led to my abrupt burnout. I chose to realign my passions and seek out a role where I can apply my background and expertise in a full-time capacity.
