I am an HR professional who is very passionate about “The People Experience” For the past 4+ years I’ve brought my extensive background to Start-Up environments and helped them get certain projects off the ground. I’ve implemented wellness initiatives, benefits, DEI programs, covid policies, and many other important policies that have helped boost morale and also add some consistency to current policy and procedures.
