As an experienced HR Business Partner, I bring proven success in designing and Implementing various HR Projects and Initiatives in alignment with overall business strategy.
I am an MBA HR (Post Graduate) and Mechanical Engineer (Graduate) with an overall work experience of 9 years out of which 7 years are into HR Business Partnering and Talent Management where I have worked with Global technology services firms. I am currently residing in Doha due to relocation of Spouse for professional reasons.
I am a certified Predictive Index Analyst where I gained expertise in objectively measuring the behavioural and cognitive abilities of an individual. I am currently pursuing my NLP Practitioner course.
I have a holistic HR Experience where it encompasses Employee Engagement, Talent Management, performance management, Career planning, program/project management and Learning and Development.
My recent work involved me in designing the performance management process and rollout of the OKR framework across life sciences technology organization. I was also responsible for rollout of Human Resource Management Planning exercise which helps in mapping the criticality and high potential employees.
My prior work experience involves me working as HR Business Partner and Talent Management SPOC in a reputed German IT services firm where I have been responsible to creation, execution of several Talent Development and HR Interventions
