Over the last 20 years I have recruited Upper Management and C-Level executives for entrepreneurial opportunities, managed a staffing agency providing entry level to mid-level employees and have been part of HR team for a small air cargo transportation company in the United States.
I have learned that recruiting is just as much a process of finding great people as it is a tool to build a company’s brand and reputation.
