My background of more than 35 years of significant experience in the areas of Employee Relations, Training & Development, Recruiting, Consulting, Facilitating, and Diversity and Inclusion, is  win win for this organization! Experience with talent acquisition, on-boarding, organizational changes, performance management, and compensation and benefits.  Possess strong knowledge on FLSA, FMLA, ADA, HIPPA and strong interpersonal counseling and conflict resolution skills. Supporting the development of short, mid and long-term hiring projections for specific positions and business needs based on current staff and growth of multiple areas and locations. Strong business acumen skills, HR leadership and employee relations skills.

 

Experience monitoring, analyzing and reporting on university/college graduation trends and forecasts for key positions typically recruited through the college/university recruiting program.  Responsibility includes continually building relations with schools and school organizations.  Meetings with universities were held face to face and through written and phone communication.  Resulting in a strong pipeline for current and future hires

 

Advise staffing organization on issues/needs identified in manpower/staffing planning process. Develop manpower projections by both project and specific disciplines.  Responsible for analyzing and reporting on internal employment separation trends/projections, to provide additional data for manpower planning projections.  Member of retention team reviewing one to three and three to five years employee patterns through reports that were provided to Client Management Team and Human Resource Partners for the development and implementation of staffing plans.

 

Support diversity, equity, and inclusion through creating a welcoming equitable environment that enables new hires to succeed and for diverse perspectives to be heard through valuing individual difference. Fostering cultures that minimize bias, and addressing systemic inequities.

Experience with the following HRIS systems: Workday, Kenexa, Lotus, Taleo, Ulti Pro, Cornerstone, etc.  Utilization of office suite of tools to complete 100% of work.  Systems used for recruiting, reporting, measuring, metrics and many other HR purposes.
