Currently, I am  a Chartered Fellow, CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, ENGLAND) and a Director of Research and Academic Relations for the Society for Intercultural Education, Training, and Research (SIETAR, UK)

In previous role, my role was to hold a strategic position and demonstrates the expertise to lead the key areas of HR. Using her professional skills, knowledge and experience, develop and implement HR strategies, plans and policies to promote and achieve organisation success.

As an FCIPD, the role was to integrate HR policies, strategies and practices with the organisation’s core activity.
