Mubeena Mohammed’s career purpose is to facilitate extraordinary results in organisations by applying her specialist knowledge of Organisational Psychology. She applies Philosophy and the Social Sciences in her consulting work to enable transformation in the workplace.
Mubeena has advised large family businesses, multinationals and has been coaching executives since 2003. Her consulting work spans startup company systemization, employer branding, employee engagement, executive coaching, workplace culture, thought leadership as a speaker and writer, and an Assessor for UAE Government awards.
She has created a change management process in the Middle East called SPEEDChange®. It is a revolutionary methodology that transforms teams without the use of training or external speakers, experts or commercial models. She was awarded a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in two majors (Psychology and Philosophy) in May 2001 from Hofstra University, New York with departmental honors in Psychology. She received her Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology in May 2003 also from Hofstra University.
Mubeena has been an assessor with the UAE Government Ministry of Human Resources for the Emiratisation Award and is a sought-after speaker at corporate events.
Besides consulting, she mentors graduate students in their research theses and practices active listening and counseling through her website www.ListenTruly.com.
During downtime and summer months, she receives commissions as an artist and spends time in India. She is currently working on her debut fiction thriller novel set in New York, based on her business and philosophical interests.
