Hello, hello!

I’ve served as an HR executive for over 15 years at both Dell Technologies & CVS Health. I’m meticulous with details and have extensive experience in compliance, payroll & benefits administration, DEI implementation and strategy, job architecture creation, full-cycle hiring and onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

I am a full-time freelancer because I want the flexibility to work with my family’s schedule, but this also gives me the freedom to work as many hours in a week as needed, so I will be able to get to projects very quickly and work on them with full-time attention.

My strength is strategy and implementation, so please reach out with any questions about how I would propose to solve an issue. I’m very analytical, so I will always first want to gather as much data on your organization and needs as possible before diving into a project.
