At the same time, I’m the Trainer in HRM, OD and Corporate Culture in business schools and different training centers. Fourth year already mentoring mostly top managerial positions in people management, EQ, employee well-being and adaptability of business to the new reality. Since 2019 up to now managed 38 different projects worldwide.

Before becoming a freelancer, I’ve been the HR Director of Georgian Co-Investment Fund and its 18 start-up projects, Almost 4 years, I’ve been the only HR person in 19 different but legally related companies with 640 employees in total. Georgian Co-Investment Fund (GCF) is the only $6B private equity fund in Georgia, which considers investment opportunities across sectors and industries which significantly contribute to the development of the Georgian economy, including Energy and Infrastructure, Hospitality and Real Estate, Agriculture and Logistics, and Manufacturing. I’ve joined GCF during the start-up phase and stayed throughout full operations and even throughout an exit phase of some project companies.
