Executive Coach

We seek a qualified and experienced executive coach to provide our senior leaders ongoing support in the next 3-6 months.

You will help them with:

Simplifying and clarifying goals
Help them develop realistic and effective monthly action plans for leadership growth
Identify internal and contextual roadblocks
Break apart goals into actionable steps
Devise a plan of action for each goal
Provide them with resources associated with implementing their action plan
Teach and mirror successful and positive emotional and behavioral techniques
Evaluate each advancement toward goal actualization reporting back into the project manager
Maintain and share detailed and accurate records of coaching results (challenges, breakthroughs etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

IPEC/ICF certified strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree
C-Suite Executive experience is a plus
Coaching C-level experience is required
Passion for helping others improve their health and wellness
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
