Employee Handbook or Culture Book


I have written a lot of employee handbook, generally organisations would request for:

  1. A full handbook detailing all their policies and procedures
  2. A short version handbook with graphics sign posting staff to their full policies and procedures
  3. A ‘Culture Book’ that  provides an alternative to be above an be tailored and can be personalised. Not all organisations want to have a large Staff Handbook, feeling that this doesn’t represent the culture and feel of their organisation.
