Description
There’s a lot you can achieve in a half-day session, of around 3.5 hours. Perhaps you want to discuss a specific talent development issue, or validate ideas to create a plan of action. Or, utilise the time for a deep-dive into new ideas about how to nurture your talent, or to coach around an obstacle or setback within the talent development sphere. Then to create a plan to move forwards.
I offer a complimentary 30 minute call to understand your needs before we start this work. Ideally, I’d like to know what you are trying to achieve, the pain or sticking point, and what you want the outcome to be.
I’ve worked as the Head of Talent Development for a major IT organisation, and as an Organisational Design Lead Business Partner. I see the big picture and can bring useful insights into play. I’m a trained Master Coach through Noble Manhattan (ICF- Accredited) and have corporate (Kellogg, Hewlett Packard, Barclays Bank, Direct Line) and, SME experience.
If you require my services for a longer period, I can offer terms on a retainer basis. This service is delivered on a virtual basis only. Zoom is preferred for contact and I can collaborate on any platforms such as Asana, Slack and Zoho.
